Resolving account maintenance requests without a superuser
In some circumstances your super user may not be able to resolve account maintenance issues for you.
We can help resolve queries, if you:
don’t know who your super user is
think your super user has left the organisation
We will need to know:
how urgent your account maintenance needs are
your email address
the UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN) of your organisation
the service or product that you need account maintenance help
