PDSAT is a free tool for analysing learner and learning delivery data.

It runs checks on Individualised Learner Record (ILR) data and produces reports, so that providers can identify and investigate potential anomalies in their ILR data.

PDSAT reports are used by auditors.

Using PDSAT is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend that training providers use it as part of their routine data cleansing, as well as assisting in preparation for assurance visits.

On GOV.UK you can download PDSAT and also find the PDSAT user guide and further information.
