Cookies that measure website use
We use Google Analytics to measure how you use the website so we can improve it based on user needs. Google Analytics sets cookies that store anonymised information about:

We will process information from within a subscriber’s service data for only as long as we are instructed to.

The Department for Education (DfE) is the data controller for processing information so that it can carry out its functions.
The personal information you give us when you register for the service is used for administration and research purposes.
How long we keep personal information
We’ll only keep personal information for as long as we need it.
If we do not need to save your personal information, we will delete it. If we cannot delete this information straight away then we will store and isolate it securely until we can delete it.
Who we share your personal information with
We may legally share your information to run the apprenticeship service.
You have the right to request:
- a copy of personal information that we hold about you
- that we correct any wrong or incomplete personal information
You can access the information we hold on you by signing in to your account.
