Resolving issues with DFE Sign-In

To log in to DFE sign in, you need an account. 

I don’t have an account

If you do not have an account, your organisation approver can add you as well as giving you access to relevant services. If you do not know who your approver is, you can raise a query via the enquiry form

If you don’t have an approver, you can create an account. 

I do have an account but I’m having technical issues

If you already have a DFE Sign-In account and still cannot log in, submit a support request. Once you have raised a request you will get an automated reply with a reference number.

If you have sent a request and not received an auto reply, please check your spam folder, because emails may come from a noreply address. It can take up to five working days to receive a response.

I’ve raised a support request but I’ve not received a response

If you have not had a response after five working days, please submit another support request stating that this is an escalation, and include the following:

  • issue you are experiencing
  • date you raised a service desk request
  • reference number from auto reply
  • any further information
