Changes to the way you view payment history

The “Manage your education and skills funding” service allows you to view your funding allocations and the funding you have received from the agency. 

From Thursday 9 December 2021, you will need the PaymentsViewer role in to view your funding allocation and funding history. 


How do I get the PaymentsViewer role? 

To continue to see your payment history, please ensure you have requested the role of PaymentsViewer from your organisation superuser.   


The superuser is the first person in your organisation to register for an IDAMS account. They will be in charge of setting up roles, permissions and passwords for your staff. 


If you miss this deadline, you will still be able to request the PaymentsViewer role but you will not be able to see your payment history until the request has been actioned.
