Transferring after Planned End date - Paperwork



We are going round in circles with what is needed on Paperwork around OTJ, apprenticeship agreement and delivery plan. We have a learner who has past their planned end date and transferring to a new employer.

We have agreed a planned end with all parties, now with OTJ do we keep the original planned or increase it for time with the new employer? if we keep the original, but they have like 20hrs left do we record that on the agreements?

we seem to be going round in circles and so thought I would see what the best practice is with these.
