Module Failed - Pending appeal
Edited
I have read the rules about failing an aim and taking the learner off however we have a learner that has failed a module and is appealing.
My thoughts are to put them on a BIL whilst the appeal takes place to ensure no further funding is drawn and new learning ceases.
Then depending on the outcome of the appeal they will either restart or withdraw. Does this sound appropriate? I cannot see anything on action to take for a special cases appeals process.
