Planned hours, learner enrolled elsewhere then returned
Created
We have a learner that withdrew, enrolled with another local provider (took a bit of digging to get confirmation of this from parents), then returned to us within a short period of time. We have withdrawn the original aims and created new ones to reflect the correct dates, though I am unsure of what to do with the planned hours. Do we need to adjust planned hours on the ILR to reflect the now shorter academic year for the new aims, or leave the original hours as originally submitted.
The complication being that the learner withdrew within the qualifying period, but has since returned and been on-programme for the requisite qualifying period.

As the original period did not qualify for funding you should record the hours for the current delivery only.
