Voluntary Aided Schools

We have employers who are a Voluntary aided school so they pay their own wages but these are managed by the LA. This means they are struggling to get an Apprenticeship Service account as they do not have the PAYE details. Anyone got any ideas please?

They need to beg the LA for their PAYE code is the long and short of it...

We have the same issue with one of our schools. Has there been any developments to solve the problem as the link above no longer works.
