FRM Reports

The FRM reports will all be on View Your Education Date this year; https://viewyourdata.education.gov.uk/welcome

You just need to use your iDAMS account to get access (I think you also need to grant permissions from a super user account).

R04 reports are due on Thursday.

Thanks so much Ruth.....just when i was getting in the habit of finding them on SLD.

Have any for R03 been published on there yet incase I've missed any? Ive just been using the reports generated from each ILR submission.

When I go to the link I only see QAR data.  Do you know if this is down to a permission? 

Christopher - They don't generate FRM reports before R04 (except those new few that we get after each upload).

Yvonne - On the portal you should have a "Data Quality Assurance" menu item. If not, I'm fairly sure that's a permission thing. I can't remember exactly which one, but maybe "View Your Education Data - 16+ Monitoring"?

Ive just tried logging in to it and its coming up with 'Page not found' so maybe they are doing some maintenance on the website?

I don't feel like it's unreasonable that, if the reports say they're out today, they should be available first thing. They're better off promising the deadline as tomorrow, and working to today, I'd be much less annoyed about it. Under promise, over deliver! I'm not working tomorrow, so now I only have the first three days back to fix any issues before R05.

I made the mistake of booking out time in my diary this morning on the assumption they would be there!  Will we ever learn!  lol

I am also the same, not in now until the 4th Jan 2021 so doesn't leave a lot of time to work on the reports

Something for the wish list - can we have a notification e.g email (similar to have ILR submissions notifications) of when reports are available. Just so that we don't have to keep checking ad hoc?

mine are too!!! Has anybody seen any guidance on which each report relates too and how to action these?

I can see the guidance for 19/20 but not for 20/21 unless ive completely missed it?

Mine aren't showing for the 20-21 year, most annoying. 

I cannot see ours either. I've added the additional permission through VYED, does this then take a set amount of time to become 'live'?

Ryan I added the following to my Idams super user account then when I logged back into everything the reports access appeared. 

You have successfully assigned the role MYESF - Data returns and claims authoriser to yourself.

@Chris Roberts you need to add 'View Your Education Data - Post-16 Monitoring' as per the message on submit learner data. However I've done that and still can't see them!
