Before I approach the Helpdesk, can anyone help with FRM42 report ID "Work Experience over 300 hours". Showing on our dashboard, but I can't make any sense of it. Right Click, Drill Through, Underlying Data, shows me 2 ULNs of affected learners. Checking ILR only one has the Work Experience aim, so already suspicious. Right Click, Show As Table, I get "Matching Organisation Name" and a college 100s miles away that neither of these learners have ever had any involvement with. Checked the ULNs and they are correct for "our" learners. Is it because the other college has incorrectly entered a ULN or something else mysterious? Anyone help...?

Thank you Anami, I have downloaded the data but still cannot work out why I am getting these errors. It tells me "matching organisation name" is another specialist college a long way geographically from us, I 100% know neither of these students have ever attended this other college. Any suggestions what the issue might be - I can't name the other college, is it possible to have a private conversation where I can show you the issue? Thanks in advance.

"This new dashboard allows you to download all your data in a single worksheet. This was a key requirement of users who wanted to be able to import data into their systems efficiently without the need to combine separate reports into a single file"
Anyone actually do this?

Jessicar - We certainly don't import it anywhere. How would that work? We import the ILR errors, but not FRM ones.
We've got one of these David. Says there's a 300+ hours placement, but the student is not on a placement with us at all, and there is a "Matching Organisation Name" that's another provider. In our case, it's a subcontracted out learner (the provider on the report is not the subcontractor we work with), so I'm going to ask the delivery team if they know of any reason for this. Otherwise, I'm just ignoring it, as I know our data is correct.
We've got a handful more which are on 300+ hour placements because they're Industry Placements (CDF). I wasn't planning on coding the ZWRKX002 as the core aim. The rates and formula rules say "T Levels must always have the technical qualification as the core aim", so I'll assume the same for study programmes with a CDF Industry Placement, and just ignore these too.

Thanks for reply Ruth, useful to know others are getting same error. Best guess it's a bug their end. I spoke to the "Matching Organisation Name" college as I know staff there, they have no idea why we're seeing them, they didn't have this error but did have a lot of others! If I get a response from Helpdesk I will post back here.
