Subcontractors Declarations

There are two mandatory submissions but the ESFA never tell us in advance when they are due. 

I submitted my first declaration for 19/20 on the 25/11/19, therefore I think the first one for 20/21 is a bit late. You can however make additional submissions throughout the year and our internal auditor advised us to this - his suggestion was as soon as we issue new contracts, make changes to existing contracts etc.

I tried to make a submission earlier this month and it was making reference to dates in 19/20. I'm still waiting for confirmation from the ESFA when I will be able to make a submission for 20/21.
