Should the July TNP records not be against IAF_ILAS 03.

Looks like they may be attached to the original programme aim?

For the latest 2020/21 entries you cannot have a date in 2019/20 these dates need to be on or after 01/08/2020.

Martin, Should the AFinDate not be the date from which the price record applies? The student restarted their learning in July so that is the date that was used? Why should this be on or after 01/08/20?

This students origional learning start date was 2019-09-23 and then went on a break and restarted on 2020-07-01.

You cannot backdate an amended TNP into the previous funding year as funding in a previous year cannot be adjusted.

What you have shown looks like from your MI system and not the records in the ILR.

Hi David - I think you are both correct, in that the AFinDate should match the restart date but......as you are retrospectively adding the financial data I think you may have to add additional TNP's from 01/08/2021 so that the price is recorded against the current funding year.

Below is the screenshot of the ILR Data mismatch report for this learner. What would you advise we do in order to clear this error?

I would try adding the financial records against IAF_ILAS 03 on the 02/07/2020 and then add them again on 01/08/2020. That way they should prompt the ESFA funding system to look at the prices within the current funding year.
