New Employer and Apprenticeship Incentive


Where an apprentice is made redundant by a non-levy employer that has been funded by a non-levy allocation, is it right that a new employer can make a reservation of funds to fund the residual cost of the apprenticeship and apply for the incentive payment? 

And if an apprentice funded via a reservation changes employer are they able to move to another employer with a reservation of funds and receive the remaining incentive?
