I'm trying to find a communication from the Agency which explains its position on 20/21 achievement rates and beyond. The links below contain information explaining that no achievement rates will be published for anyone in 2019/20, and that in 2020/21 achievement rates will be shared with providers and ofsted, but no national achievement rates will be published. Although the second link explains the 20/21 position, it is published in a school and college performance measures document which does not explicitly make reference to Apprenticeships or ITPs, although my understanding of this is that they are (FE week did a piece at the time with quotes form AELP which suggested this process also applied to Apps)
Has anyone seen any other communication on this, and how are providers explaining this to stakeholders, employers, and learners? It seems that the Agency have a gap in communication around this point, and are yet to explain how outcome performance measures should be used in the wider sector. There is also no replacement for minimum standards which if course no one will be complaining about but it would be useful to know what this may be replaced with.
