Hi, I have just noticed the same thing in our R09 indicative earnings. The report displays two rows both showing the same Employer identifier and employment status date. The only thing that is different is the price episodes and total price that relate to the new TNP 3&4 that were entered.
I've double checked and even looked at the XML file itself which shows the new employer identifier. Confused as to why the IE report doesn't reflect this.
Change of new employer- the new ERN is not appearing in the ILR?
We have recently processed a change of employer for an Apprentice belatedly - the change of employer was processed in this academic year (Feb 2021), but the change date goes back into last academic year.
We’ve followed the Provider Support Manual in terms of updating the ILR to show the new employer but the ERN is not pulling through to this year's ILR and never has We have also added the residual TNP to TNP 3 and 4 as usual.
My question is...when an Apprentice changes employer part way through an Apprenticeship, SHOULD the new employer ERN feed through to the ILR? (I suspect it should).
If so has any other Provider experience a missing ERN and resolved it?
