Hi all, thanks for your posts. Please see an update from the QARs team:
We are continuing to work to resolve the issue of data being incorrectly presented on the Apprenticeship tab within the Qualification Achievement Rates (QAR) dashboards shared through View your education data. We have identified the issue relates to Framework Titles in Apprenticeships. Some framework titles are not being pulled through correctly in the dashboard and values will be displayed with a 'NULL' Framework Title.
This should not have an impact on your overall rates. The Microsoft Excel data extracts are not impacted by this issue and guidance on how to view achievement rates using the excel data extract can be accessed from the following link - Qualification achievement rates (QAR) 2020 to 2021 - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
We'll post further updates on this thread.
Hi Kuldip,
What about the issues in the Excel data extracts as referenced in https://esfahelp.education.gov.uk/hc/en-gb/community/posts/4403133677458-QAR-2021-issues-Downloaded-CSV-version- ? I did email into the Service Desk myself on Friday with examples, but have not heard anything.
At the very least some guidance as to the methodology on why those leavers are represented as being in a future hybrid end year compared to other leavers would be appreciated by all.

Hi all, the QARs team would like to share the following:
We have become aware of an issue with providers data being incorrectly presented on the Apprenticeship tab within the Qualification Achievement Rates (QAR) dashboards shared today through View your education data.
The dashboards have been removed whilst we resolve the issue. In the meantime, Microsoft Excel data extracts remain available and guidance on how to view achievement rates using the excel data extract can be accessed from the following link - Qualification achievement rates (QAR) 2020 to 2021 - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Further updates will be posted on this topic.
