Maximum Funding Band Cap - Apprenticeships

What are the implications of charging employers over the funding band maximum?   

• If you do charge over the maximum, do you have to include it in your PMRs. 
• Do the funding reports just ignore the value and work it out to the maximum etc
• Or should you just not including in your MIS software or ILR and record the maximum
