It should definitely be showing - if it's not there for you, you should call them being as it closes in less than a week.

Rebecca, can you send the link to see if it's different to the one I'm using? I've emailed, rang and been told will take them 5 days to get back to me that was the apprenticeship service. Emailed the service desk and that's going to take 3 days so hopefully, they can sort it?

Thanks, it's the same one I'm using and I don't have the R01 part 

It may be worth checking that the ESFA Contract for 21-22 has been signed and returned by whoever should have done, within your Organisation, as if not, the ESFA may well be waiting for this.  We had a similar issue with another aspect of the R01 Process due to this.

Hi, this has now been sorted apparently there was a problem with the system. Thanks everyone for the help. 

Noone in our organisation can currently access the site - all home working so shouldn't be an internet issue. Is anyone having the same problem?

In case anyone is experiencing the above - I had to clear my cache and it worked.
