Where did you get ‘must take their FS within 3 months of starting their EPA’?
Under the 20/21 rules covering Functional Skills Qualifications (FSQ): temporary flexibilities until 31 May 2021
P164 You must make sure that apprentices who have not already done so, take their functional skills qualification either alongside, or no later than three months after their end-point assessment.
Apprentices will not be able to complete their programmes or receive their completion certificate until they achieve their functional skills qualifications
The 21/22 have remove reference to the Functional Skills Qualifications temporary flexibilities as this has now ended

EPA Flexibility for Functional Skills - After 3 Months

The guidance says they must take their FS within 3 months of starting their EPA. They did this, but failed.
Can they take it again after the 3 months? Is there any time limits to pass by?
Thanks
