A withdrawal has been requested and upon checking their last day of learning is in the previous funding year. Now that R14 has passed, does anything else need to be done besides updating the ILR? Will the ESFA then claw back the relevant overpayment, do we need to keep record of these figures, or make a manual adjustment ourselves to pay back? Thanks.

After you have updated the ILR this will be reported on FRM 27 and the report gives notice of potential clawback for any overclaim resulting from late reporting of the data, the ESFA would contact you for any final reconciliation amount from 2020/21.
