Hi, I work for a training provider and potentially have a staff member interested in one of the apprenticeships we deliver. Are we able to fund this?
Struggling to find anything in the funding rules that says we can or can’t

P2 Main providers delivering to their own staff must follow the employer-provider rules and only claim actual costs.
You can use LDM code 365, This code is used to identify apprenticeship programmes on Funding model 36 that are being delivered by an employer to their own employees, and so do not require co-investment payments to be recorded on the ILR.
