Help with incentive

Hi All,

We have an employer who is trying to claim their incentive from P2 and have been trying to speak to the helpdesk to get this resolved, as they have claimed it but just haven't been paid.  Even though they have chased this multiple times they are getting no response from the helpdesk.  The payment dates on their account keep getting pushed back, and they cannot get a reply the don't understand why and want to know when they will receive the payment.

Does anyone know where we can escalate this to, so we can help the employer get an answer or resolution on this?
