Has anyone looked at the QAR yet and do they look right? Apps looks fine but the exclusions number on the E&T figures looks much too big.

Can any of t he QAR people explain ythe following?

When will the data extracts be published? Only up to R12 are there at the moment.

Why are the exclusion numbers so high

On the E&T Summary clicking on 16-18 actually selects 19+ and vice versa. Can this be changed.

Seem to be having an issue with Apps in the QAR in that they don't seem to tally and as the data is only up to R12 can't check what seems to be different.

Anyone else having the same issues

Has everybody had their provisional QAR data uploaded? I was under the impression that the data would be available to download yesterday but when I go to the QAR downloads section where it says 'See your final 2020/21 Qualification Achievement Rates data in a downloadable form' the only ones showing are the in year files for R10, R11 and R12, nothing for R14?

We are also yet to have R14 available. The data is there for R10-12 only.

I have been checking since yesterday, The last ESFA Update stated "We will release your provisional QAR 2020 to 2021 data on Monday 17 January."

It would be really useful if someone from the Agency could explain the delay and likely ETA

We've flagged this with QAR colleagues. They apologise for the delay - they are investigating a technical issue which has delayed release. They think the issue will be resolved shortly. I'll try to get a firmer ETA and/or post to confirm when the data is available.

Hi all - QAR colleagues tell me that the issue is resolved and so the latest QAR data is now in View Your Education Data.

Thank you Paul. I can see the dashboard is there but the excel data behind it which is normally in the downloads section has not been added. Do you happen to know when this will be available?

Richard Holmden - my provisional R14 data download is now showing and available, hopefully yours is available too now.
