We have an apprentice who has transferred in and their portflio was a manual one as opposed to an e-portfolio. The apprentice has asked many times for the portfolio to be sent to her as it was with the other provider when she left. They are not responding to any communication from the apprentice or ourselves. Has anyone had this situation before and if so what action did you take? Can we involve any outside bodies such as the awarding body or the ESFA? We need to establish where this apprentice is up to.
