If a student has sat their EPA but failed, and does not want to resit - does the Training Provider still get the 20% completion payment? Or is this only if the outcome is successful?
No one has replied to this post.
If they have completed all the elements of the EPA and failed, then you record them as Completion 2, Outcome 3, add the date they finished their EPA in the field called "AchDate" and you will get your completion payment.

Steveh - another quick query on the subject of payments - for functional skills funding, does this work like the apprenticeship funding where we get 20% lump sum on completion of the FS being achieved? Or is it just equal payments over the duration outlined in the ILR regardless of whether they pass the exam or not?

The latter, no completion/achievement payment on FS for Apps, purely on-prog.
