Incorrect ULN


Hi Team,


A learner was created with the incorrect ULN. I was advised by ESFA support team that the learners account in the APP service account needed to be stopped by the employer and we would need to re-created the learner's account again with the correct ULN number. The employer has re-added the request to add the student. When I go to add all student details i receive the error message below. However the students original account was cancelled so I'm not too sure what the below means.

Please help..

The date overlaps with existing dates for the same apprentice. Please check the date - contact the employer for help
