Timely achievement on a standard

Created

Hello, Does the EPA need to be achieved within the 90days of the planned end date to count as timely or is it just the practical apprenticeship needs to be achieved with in 90 days after the planned end date? If it’s just the practical is there a timescale for the EPA to be achieved to count as timely? Thanks

There is currently no timely QAR for Apprenticeships, but the Apprenticeship Accountability Framework 21/22 indicates (at risk) for greater than 15% over365 days for those passed planned end date and (needs improvement) where 15% are equal or greater than 180 days.

off the back off this is there a time limit for ending the learner on the AS account?  an employer has asked us as another provider still hasnt ended the learner on the ILR for completion since last September?

Thanks Martin. We are not affected bu this they are  merely trying to ascertain if there is a time limit on claiming an EPA success after they complete?

From the PSM: ILR timeliness requirements:

New starts must be reported within 2 reporting months of their start date

Achievements must be reported within 3 reporting months of the point of achievement
