I think it's fine, these allocations are frequently reviewed to make sure you get what you are entitled to, the old FM35 ones were updated about three times a year, if I remember correctly?
Like mine is £5k but if everyone who is left completes there's a max of £12k of completion payment due (because, actually, a bunch of them should have completed between R04 and now but they haven't yet). I'm not that worried that I won't get it, although it might not be in the precise month I'd like it...

Hi everyone, We have just received our latest contract allocation and we have a discrepancy. We had one learner who was on a break in learning as at R04 (which is the period they use to populate the allocation) and one who is way passed his planned end date which was Jul 21, so previous funding year. As neither would show on the IER with a value, how do they capture this data? Also, is the allocation based on the value AFTER the co-investment element has been deducted?
