Would someone be eligible for apprenticeship funding if they have a Graduate leave to remain VISA?
No one has replied to this post.
P394 A non-UK national (with exception to those that fall into the categories above) iseligible for funding if they have permission from the UK government to live in the UK(not for educational purposes), and have been ordinarily resident in the UK for atleast the previous three years before the start of the apprenticeship.
Time on a study visa doesn't count towards their three years, so they'd need three years subsequent to their degree and grad visas are usually two years https://www.gov.uk/graduate-visa You'd need to check exactly how long they'd been here and on what visas to confirm.
