As per the new rules from the 1st April 2022 if a learner is eligible for a National Skills funded courses as they have a low wage how do we record that in the ILR? Are we putting in a LDM code 378 (National Skills) and 363 (low wage) or just 378? Is the funding for someone on a low wage still coming from the National skills fund or from the AEB allocation?
No one has replied to this post.
Both I'd guess (to basically switch off all the violation rules!!!)? And, because it's 378, it should come from your NSF line?

From the latest AEB rules...
And as Steve says, it makes sense to flag it as a NSF funding line by using 378 too.
