Hi. We have been informed that one of our apprentices is changing their name by Deed Poll. Please would you be able to advise if there is any guidance on what paperwork would have to completed to show this change and how this would have to be reflected in the ILR/DAS.

We'd just see the deed poll, record we saw it (we made our own name change form we use for any students), then just change the ILR and DAS data. Also, remember to to change the LRS record. I don't know of any official guidance on paperwork required.
