Warning even though completions aren't late

We have recently put through our first apprenticeship standard completions. The learners' all completed their practical period before their planned end dates but their EPA achievement dates are after the PEDs. We are getting the following warning for Aim 1 (ZPROG001). "LearnDelFAMDateTo_02, Date applies to' may be wrong. Unless the 'learning actual end date' is later than the 'planned end date', the 'Date applies to' shouldn't be after the planned end date for the learning. Check 'learning planned end date' and 'Date applies to' are correct". We are using the Learner Entry Tool.

We can't see what (if anything) we are doing wrong - any ideas?

It sounds like you've set the 'date applies to' to match the 'achievement date', which is correct for completions. You can ignore this warning and won't be penalised.

It is a STUPID STUPID STUPID warning and we've been telling them for three years to get rid of it...

This is only a warning that the ACT To date (same as the achievement date) is later than the Programme planned end date, where the dates are correct you just ignore this warning as it refers to whole programme not the Practical period.

Thanks for the help. By way of a follow up:

The completions show a balancing payment and a completion payment on the "indicative" report. However in the Learner level FM36 report for R9 they also show up as having "Clawback" as an issue. Is this normal, as it doesn't really make sense to me?
