HE Quals on Entry - QUALENT3_02 ILR error

We are getting an error from the SLD today against some of our HE learners who have a Quals on Entry (QUALENT3) value of:

X04	Other qualification level not known

This didn't error yesterday and I can't see anything has changed in our data for these learners. Anyone else seeing this?
