The FE Workforce Data collection is once a year, we are aiming for September 2022. This will be clarified, along with new spec/documents, in the next few weeks.
This is uploaded via Submit Learner Data. GDPR rules apply, this is an encrypted upload and handled securely on our side. The format, tools and documents will be updated on SLD soon, so please keep an eye out.

As an Employer/Provider how often are we required to submit the Workforce Data.
Also where is this submitted and in what format - do GDPR rules apply?
