Is anyone else having problems getting their queries solved by the helpdesk?  I have two that I am in the 10 day loop of "we are are working on your issue and will update you within 10 working days", one of the queries has been since December.  Has anyone got any suggestions of how I can get a quicker resolution.  Both queries are following very long phone calls!

Yes, we usually have to go to our contract manager which helps speed up a response.
