OFSTED's Common Inspection Framework includes investigation whether the training provider is meeting its duties under the Equality Act. (By which I believe they mean to check whether we are monitoring participation and success rates by protected characteristic). However, the ILR does not collect data on all protected characteristics. Has anyone had any questions about this raised during an inspection?
No one has replied to this post.
Even though the ILR does not collect all this data you would be expected to have systems in place to monitor and record unlawful treatment (discrimination, harassment, or victimisation) relating to the Equality Act protected characteristics.
