IDAMS Permissions

Looking for advice. I have been asked to give a colleague permissions through IDAMs to view results of Apprenticeship Employer Surveys on View Your Education Data. There is no obvious permission in IDAMS and the ones I have tried VYED QAR and MI reports don't give this.
I know the Accountability Framework dashboard will not be available until summer but is there anything in place now?
