Has anyone had experience where a learner needs to be stopped on DAS due a forced withdrawal but there is no longer any contact name available for the apprenticeship lead at the employer to do this? Can the apprenticeship service helpdesk do this? Thanks.

Yes - you can either raise a ticket or email the helpdesk and ask them to do this for you. They'll ask you to confirm some details (e.g., employer name, UKPRN, apprentice name, ULN etc). Once you've done that, they'll attempt to contact the employer themselves, but if after 4 weeks they've been unable to reach them, they'll apply the stop date from their end and email you once they've done so
