Funding Rules 22/23 - Training Plan

Hi,
We have set up a training plan in excel (which is actually more detailed that the new ESFA Template) but it is very difficult to get signatures in excel (unless anyone else knows how you do it). If you use signature lines it seems to lock the whole workbook. We have created a separate declaration document, would this be compliant?

We use the draw facility and a text box in Excel. On a touch screen the signer can then use there finger or a stylus

We are calling ours addendum 1 and then refer to it through out the training plan. We also have a section by the signature box that states this is for the training plan and addendum 1.
