Submit Learner Data - File Processing

We are aware of an issue on submit learner data which is causing files to process slower than usual, we are working to resolve this. Whilst we fix this there may be a delay of 2 to 3 hours before reports are available. This does not impact your ability to submit file but does mean that reports may not be available immediately.

Hi, my file wont even upload and its been well over 10 minutes.

Yes same here - i left it a good half hr still nothing - then tried to submit the file again and it told me i had submitted the file by that name.

Guess i will try again tomorrow now i know.

Is this also now an issue where you can’t sign in?  Been trying to log in for agas and the circle is just spinning

I am having trouble actually finding an update from the ESFA since 14.28 yesterday. Maybe there is a problem there too!!!!!

 We are aware that there are issues with logging into a number of systems, including SLD and DAS, and this is being investigated as a high priority.

I've also been having troubles with both systems. Yesterday all uploads either failed or just stuck on trying to upload.

Same problems here.  Tried twice yesterday and unable to check if any success.

It's letting me in DAS and SLD now, haven't tested an ILR upload yet though...

I am trying to upload R14 this morning and am getting this problem - is it being fixed?

 We have had reports this morning of issues uploading to SLD but has since been resolved. Is this affecting you currently?
