Logging OTJ post redundancy

Created

If an apprentice is made redundant during the final 6 months of their practical period, and so able to continue to completion funded by the ESFA, what do we do about logging OTJ?

It's obviously not actually OTJ because they don't have a job. But presumably we should continue to log their study time so that we can evidence what it is that the ESFA are paying for.

Then when we come to report actual hours at the end of the programme, should that be all actual hours (pre- and post-redundancy) or just the hours logged whilst they were with the employer?

Any advice gratefully received :)

Log the OTJT hours as per normal and report all at the end of the practical period.
