EPAO Contracts

Can anyone advise me on EPAO Contracts , the questions is do EPAO contracts have to be renewed every 12 months.

Hi Gary, I believe it down to the EPAO and the provider to agree any contract renewals. There is nothing in the rulings but as it is a requirement for the evidence pack for audits, it maybe best to check each contract year that they are still valid?
