We are now getting these as errors instead of warnings, and most of them are FM25 for us.

We have these too, but just as Warnings and not as Errors. I think the ESFA have tweaked the logic and it's triggering incorrectly.

Ah! Thank you :) I was looking at the latest validation rules (released in April) and missed that bit as well: Rule Name Rule Description EmpId_10 If the learner is undertaking an apprenticeship programme (DD07 = Y), and the aim is a programme aim (LearningDelivery.AimType = 1), and is 'in paid employment' (LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpStat = 10) on the programme start date, then there must be an Employer identifier that applies to the programme start date (error where LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmpID is unknown)

Functional skills with a funding adjustment still appear on the report though. Non-functional skills funded qualifications funded through funding model 36 aren't funded directly (it's all done through the negotiated price) so we ignore those as putting a funding adjustment in doesn't change any funding and didn't get rid of them from the report (for functional skills).

Not related to your issue, but you have included a screenshot of your apprentice that contains their full name, date of birth and employer. This is a GDPR breach. I suggest you remove any identifying information..
