Anybody know the expected formula for someone working, say, 15 hours per week ?. Is it a straight pro rata of the 6 hour per week calculation but with a longer practical period ?.   Many thanks

My view is that he is still in learning so there is no need to take a break from it. The OTJ can be "lumpy" and does not need to be continuous.
