Steveh - yeah, after the contractual relationship has finished. I just wondered, especially if someone had updated their document and retention policy - changed their archiving/storage details, etc. Would that be a thing?

Nadine Baister That kind of makes sense to me because how could you return them to learning when there is no learning to return them to - just gateway. How could you set a return ILR up when they're in gateway? Just a thought.
