Hi all thanks for your kind responses I have checked all reports and no errors showing at all  I have also used the how to resolve Dlocks and this hasn't shown up any issues  I am really at a loss

Hi Steve  I think i have resolved it now. I had to remove and retype postcodes. It has driven me mad today.  thanks anyway

Hi Kate there is a space for all of them. It is very strange. They are in the normal format
