So I'm reading this as it's still ok if you haven't got CE, but ESFA could ask you to demonstrate you meet the requirements. We have Welsh Government funding and CE is mandatory, I'm currently in dialogue with them as the changes to CE make it difficult to maintain accreditation for a college.

Reading again I though LDM 369 was only for training providers, not colleges? That's what this says: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/esfa-update-3-june-2020/esfa-update-further-education-3-june-2020 We have introduced two learning delivery monitoring (LDM) codes for training providers funded by ESFA who are in receipt of support through the provider relief scheme (PRS), these codes are valid for use from 21 March 2020.LDM code 369 should be used to identify those learners whose start date has been delayed by the impact of COVID-19. Training providers in receipt of the provider relief scheme will continue to support those individuals so they are ready to start learning when it is safe to do so. The LDM code will be used when you return the ILR to confirm the learner has now started their programme. In addition, training providers funded by ESFA who are not in receipt of support from the provider relief scheme should also use these LDM codes where learners have been affected by the impact of COVID-19.

Off forum someone has said they thought they had seen if continuation was due to Covid you should have closed the aim in 2019 and reopened in 2020. I can't recall seeing that but might have missed it. Any recollection?

Thank you Steve, as an aside, only affects those of us who work a lot with learners who have EHCPs, the Auditor didn't know what an EHCP was...

That's odd then, I want to subscribe to watch responses without posting a reply, it used to work!

Phew, I've spent ages messing about with Chrome settings thinking it's me! Hopefully posts are monitored and this gets picked up.

Thank you Martin, gives us a while to sort it out. Looking at the 21/22 guidance it is asking about vacancies. I assume this is in addition to the main return on employed staff?
